Staff are really nice... reception lobby looks great but the age of the hotel tends to show. There are some maintenance issues as the Jaccuzi didn't work during my stay. The elevator I really quick and runs through the eight floors and two lower levels. Car park is at the basement. This hotel has a sauna and steam room but this information is not available online. The hotel is at the centre of town so the views are of the city. Local stores are around and accessible.

We had a lovely stay at the Double Tree. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who welcomed us to the hotel. Infact, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and immaculate. There is a good sized pool and steam room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Something there to suit everyone. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, great service, value for money. Very nice and clean good size bedrooms, sofa chairs in family room, only lacking a mini bar. Overall great service, also this hotel is in very good location in the heart of Glasgow, close to motorway M8, close to bars and restaurants and train and bus station, excellent location loved that. I would recommend this hotel to any individual, couple or family, its a very nice hotel. 10/10.
